What is a NinjaTrader to MatchTrader trade copier?
A NinjaTrader to MatchTrader trade copier uses activity on a connected NinjaTrader account to generate orders on a selected MatchTrader receiver. Copygram links those accounts in a room and applies the receiver’s symbol mapping, lot sizing and trade-management settings.
NinjaTrader is your source
Choose the account you trade. Its account activity supplies the trades for your copying room.
Copygram connects the workflow
The room links one source to your selected receivers and applies each account’s copying rules.
MatchTrader is your receiver
Choose the receiving broker account on MatchTrader, officially styled Match-Trader. The source and receiver keep their own balances and positions.
BUILT FOR YOUR WORKFLOW
One trading decision. Your MatchTrader receiver rules.
Keep your source workflow in NinjaTrader while managing destination instruments, lots and trade updates in Copygram.
Reduce repeated order entry
Place the trade on your NinjaTrader source. Copygram routes its activity to the MatchTrader account in your room.
Select your broker account
Choose the MatchTrader broker and receiving account, including when one login gives access to several accounts.
Set MatchTrader sizing separately
Define destination lots using your broker’s instrument specifications and each receiver’s own money-management rules.
Add independent receivers
Connect one source to multiple receivers. Give every MatchTrader account its own symbols, sizing and trade settings.
QUICK START
How to copy NinjaTrader trades to MatchTrader
Connect both accounts, create a room and configure your MatchTrader receiver in five steps.
In Copygram, add a trading account and select NinjaTrader. Enter your NinjaTrader username and password; the Device ID is generated automatically. The documented connection uses the official Tradovate API. Select the account you want to copy from.

Choose MatchTrader when adding an account. Select your broker from the list, enter your trading email and password, then use Account Selection to choose the receiving account. Use the trading credentials supplied by your account provider.
Select NinjaTrader as the room’s source and add MatchTrader as a receiver. Give the accounts clear names. A room connects one source to one or more receivers, with independent settings for each account.

Map the exact futures contract to the broker’s MatchTrader instrument. Set receiver lots, symbol exceptions, filters, schedules, stops and targets. Choose Copy Close Orders and Copy Modif Orders behavior for your workflow.
Activate the room to start copying. Follow your NinjaTrader source activity, Copygram signal log and MatchTrader orders. Manage demo and live accounts with a clear view of the receiving instrument, lot size and trade updates.

FUTURES TO CFD COPYING
Map the NinjaTrader contract to your MatchTrader symbol
An illustrative mapping is a dated MNQ futures contract to your broker’s Nasdaq-100 CFD. Use the exact source contract and the destination symbol shown on your MatchTrader account.
Source contract
Use the full Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures identifier and expiry reported by your NinjaTrader connection.
Destination instrument
Use the broker’s exact Nasdaq-100 symbol, such as NAS100 or US100, including any prefix or suffix.
Receiver configuration
Set MatchTrader lots independently from the source contract count. Configure stops and targets using the destination instrument’s prices.

Symbol mapping selects the instrument; money management defines its volume. Futures and CFDs have distinct quotes and specifications. Update the source contract mapping when you move to a new futures expiry, while retaining the intended MatchTrader destination.
INDEPENDENT RECEIVER SIZING
Futures contracts and MatchTrader lots need separate sizing
Use the source multiplier and your broker’s destination specification to understand each position’s value per point. The example below explains the arithmetic with a hypothetical CFD specification.
NinjaTrader source example
2 MNQ = $4 per point
One MNQ futures contract is worth $2 per index point. Its 0.25-point outright tick is worth $0.50 per contract, according to CME.
Hypothetical MatchTrader example
$4 ÷ $10 = 0.40 lots
Assume the broker’s Nasdaq-100 CFD is worth $10 per index point per lot. On that hypothetical specification, 0.40 lots represents $4 per point.
This educational comparison assumes the same index-point basis and USD valuation. The $10 CFD specification is hypothetical, not a Copygram preset or a recommended size. Use your broker’s actual value per point, minimum volume, lot step and account currency. Matching point value does not equalize spread, margin, stop distance or total risk. Symbol Lot Exceptions take priority over default money management.

FAQ
NinjaTrader to MatchTrader FAQs
Answers about account setup, broker selection, futures-to-CFD mapping and independent receiver lot sizing.
Can I copy NinjaTrader trades to MatchTrader?
Yes. Copygram connects NinjaTrader as the source and MatchTrader as the receiver. Add both accounts, select the receiving broker account, create a room and configure symbol mapping, lot sizing and trade-management settings. Activate the room to start copying.
What is a NinjaTrader to MatchTrader trade copier?
It uses activity on your connected NinjaTrader account to generate orders on a selected MatchTrader receiver. Copygram manages the direction and receiver rules in a room. The accounts retain their own balances and positions; the copier does not transfer funds between them.
How do I connect the NinjaTrader source?
Select NinjaTrader when adding a trading account in Copygram. Enter your NinjaTrader username and password; the Device ID is generated automatically. The documented connection uses the official Tradovate API. Choose the account whose trades you want to copy.
What credentials does the MatchTrader receiver need?
Copygram’s MatchTrader connection uses Broker, Email, Password and Account Selection. Choose your broker, enter the trading email and password supplied by your provider, then select the receiving account. Add that account to your Copygram room as a receiver.
Can I use demo and live accounts?
Yes. Copygram supports demo and live accounts. Connect your NinjaTrader source and MatchTrader receiving account, configure the receiver’s symbols, lots and trade-management settings, and activate your room.
How do I map MNQ futures to a MatchTrader instrument?
Map the exact NinjaTrader MNQ contract identifier and expiry to the broker’s Nasdaq-100 instrument on your MatchTrader account. NAS100 and US100 are example destination names; use the exact symbol shown by your broker. Configure receiver lots and destination price levels separately.
Does one futures contract equal one MatchTrader lot?
A futures contract count and a MatchTrader lot size follow different instrument specifications. Use the source multiplier and your broker’s destination value per point, lot step, minimum volume and account currency when setting receiver size. Symbol mapping selects the instrument; it does not establish equal position size or risk.
Can different MatchTrader receivers use different lot sizes?
Yes. Each receiver has independent money-management settings and Symbol Lot Exceptions. Configure each account’s destination volume using its broker’s instrument specifications. Symbol Lot Exceptions override the default money-management setting.
Can I copy one NinjaTrader account to multiple MatchTrader accounts?
Yes. A Copygram room connects one source to one or more receivers. Add the MatchTrader accounts you want to use and give each its own symbols, lot sizing and management rules. Count the source and receivers when choosing your plan’s connected-account allowance.
How do I configure stops and targets on MatchTrader?
Use the receiver’s stop-loss and take-profit settings for the destination instrument. Futures and CFDs have separate quotes, so configure protection using the MatchTrader instrument’s price basis and your receiver rules.
Can I control copied closes and trade modifications?
Yes. Copygram provides Copy Close Orders and Copy Modif Orders settings for each receiver. Choose whether to follow source closes and updates or manage exits through your receiving account. Follow the recorded activity in Copygram signal logs and MatchTrader.
Can I copy trades generated by a NinjaScript strategy?
Yes. Copygram routes account trades from your connected NinjaTrader source to its MatchTrader receiver, including strategy-generated trades. Keep the NinjaScript strategy running in its required NinjaTrader environment to generate the source activity.
What should I update when my futures contract changes expiry?
Update the source mapping to the exact NinjaTrader contract and expiry you are now trading. Keep it linked to the intended MatchTrader instrument, with the receiver lot size and trade-management rules for that account.
Can I choose which symbols and trading hours MatchTrader follows?
Yes. Symbol filters define which instruments the receiver follows, and trading schedules define its active windows. Configure the timezone and market hours for your workflow. Each MatchTrader receiver has its own symbol rules and schedule.
