Our verdict on Tradesyncer
Tradesyncer is a cloud trade copier built for futures prop traders: you place trades on one lead account and it copies them to follower accounts on Tradovate, Rithmic, ProjectX and dxFeed, with sizing per account, risk rules that run in the cloud and a trading journal. Plans start at $49 a month, or $34 billed yearly, for 2 connections, and the 7-day trial needs a card. Its pages don't mention TradingView alert automation, Telegram signals or MetaTrader.
Ratings shown on Tradesyncer's homepage on Oct 24, 2026: Trustpilot 4.4/5 from 700 reviews and Google Reviews 4.3/5 from 110 reviews. We didn't score it ourselves.
Tradesyncer is a good fit if…
- You trade futures prop accounts on Tradovate, Rithmic, ProjectX or dxFeed
- You place trades yourself on one lead account and want followers to match, including mini-to-micro sizing
- You want risk rules run in the cloud: daily loss limits, profit triggers and session lockouts per account
- You'd use a built-in trading journal and a tracker for prop firm fees against payouts
Look elsewhere if…
- You want to automate TradingView alerts or Telegram signals: Tradesyncer's pages don't mention either
- You trade forex or CFD accounts on MetaTrader, TradeLocker, DXtrade or MatchTrader, which aren't in its platform lists
- You want to try it without a card: the 7-day trial needs one and charges on day 7 unless you cancel
- You want a money-back guarantee: the pricing page doesn't offer one

How Tradesyncer works
- 01
Add your connections
Connect each broker or datafeed you use: Tradovate, Rithmic, ProjectX or dxFeed. Plans are priced by the number of connections, and each connection holds a set number of accounts.
- 02
Choose the lead account
Only trades placed on the lead account are copied. You can trade on it from NinjaTrader, TradingView and other front-ends connected to that account.
- 03
Size each follower
Give each follower its own size or multiplier, including mini-to-micro mapping, and choose whether bracket orders are copied or only filled leader orders.
- 04
Set risk rules
Daily loss limits, profit triggers and session lockouts are enforced in the cloud for each account, with alerts when something fails.

What it does well, and where it stops
Features
- Leader-to-follower copying with per-account sizing and a position multiplier, including mini-to-micro mapping
- Bracket order copying and a market execution mode that copies only filled leader orders
- Cloud-enforced risk rules per account: daily loss limits, profit triggers and session lockouts
- Auto-synced trading journal with tags, stats and emotion tracking
- Prop firm tracker for evaluation, reset and activation fees versus payouts
- Multiple copy groups, follower account protection and real-time error alerts; mobile app
Limits
- Site states execution depends on the broker, connection and market conditions
- Copying only happens for trades placed on the account designated as lead
- ProjectX connections require API access on the ProjectX side and disabling ProjectX's internal copier
- Intended for accounts the user owns, where the firm permits copying
Not documented on its pages
- TradingView alert (webhook) automation. TradingView is documented only as a chart front-end for the lead account.
- Telegram signals and a customer-facing API.
- Yearly totals, and the price of extra accounts or connections.
- Which platforms can be the leader and which can follow, apart from TradingView and Hyperprop, which are leader-only.
Ask Tradesyncer before you rely on any of these.
