Our verdict on Tradecopia

Tradecopia copies trades from a leader account to unlimited follower accounts on Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TopstepX/ProjectX and Volumetrica, with risk limits for each account and prop firm tools. Pro is a desktop app at $49.99 a month that needs to stay open while you trade. The hosted Pro+ Lite, which adds TradingView strategy alerts by webhook, is $79.99. The 7-day trial needs a card, and purchases are non-refundable. Its pages don't mention Telegram signals, and MetaTrader isn't supported.

Ratings shown on Tradecopia's homepage on Oct 24, 2026: Trustpilot 4.8/5 from 300+ reviews. We didn't score it ourselves.

Tradecopia is a good fit if…

  • You trade futures prop accounts on Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TopstepX/ProjectX or Volumetrica
  • You run many accounts and want one flat price: every plan includes unlimited follower accounts
  • You're happy to keep a desktop app open on Windows or macOS, or to pay more for the hosted version
  • You want prop firm tools: a prop firm tracker, a consistency calculator and distance-to-drawdown monitoring

Look elsewhere if…

  • You trade forex or CFD accounts: its help center lists MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader as unsupported
  • You want Telegram signals copied: its pages don't mention Telegram
  • You want TradingView alerts automated on the $49.99 plan: webhooks need Pro+ Lite or Pro+, with the leader on Rithmic, Tradovate or ProjectX
  • You want copying to keep running with your computer off on Pro: it's a desktop app, and Rithmic risk checks run only while it's open
  • You want a refund if it doesn't work out: purchases are final, with at most a one-time courtesy refund

How it works

How Tradecopia works

  1. 01

    Pick desktop or hosted

Pro runs as an app on your Windows or Mac computer. Pro+ Lite runs in the browser on managed hosting and keeps copying with your computer off, and Pro+ adds a dedicated VPS with a static IP.

  2. 02

    Connect your accounts

Add direct connections to Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TopstepX/ProjectX or Volumetrica. Tradecopia connects to the broker or datafeed, so chart front-ends that sit on a supported feed keep working.

  3. 03

    Build a copy group

Choose a leader and its followers, with a quantity multiplier for each follower or a contract mode that forces micros or minis. Each account can be in one group at a time.

  4. 04

    Set risk limits

Give each account daily loss and profit limits, trade limits and position sizing, and use Flatten Group or the Position Reconciler to bring followers back in line.

Does Tradecopia run in the cloud?

Only on the web plans. Pro is a desktop app for Windows and macOS: Tradecopia recommends keeping it running through your session, or using a VPS for 24/7 operation. Pro+ Lite and Pro+ run on hosted servers and keep copying with your computer off.

How does Tradecopia work?

You connect your broker or datafeed accounts, put a leader and its followers in a copy group, and set a size and risk limits for each follower. Orders on the leader are sent to every follower over its own broker connection.

Does Tradecopia support TradingView alerts?

Trades you place from TradingView charts on a connected account are copied on every plan. Strategy alerts by webhook need Pro+ Lite or Pro+, and the leader must be on Rithmic, Tradovate or ProjectX. Telegram isn't mentioned. For both, see Copygram vs Tradecopia.

Does Tradecopia offer refunds?

Its pricing page says all purchases are final, including charges after the trial ends. Support may grant a one-time courtesy refund, which isn't guaranteed and is reduced by the time used and a processing fee.

Is Tradecopia legit?

Which is better, Tradecopia or Tradesyncer?

It depends on how you run your accounts. Tradecopia Pro is a desktop app with unlimited accounts for $49.99 a month. Tradesyncer runs only in the cloud and prices by connection, from $49 a month for 2 connections. See Tradecopia vs Tradesyncer.
