Terms of Service
Last updated
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using Copygram, the trade copier at copygram.app, including the web app and its integrations (the “Service”). Copygram is operated by Finnect LLC (“Copygram”, “we”, “us”).
When you create an account or start a subscription, you’re asked to confirm that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. By confirming, or by using the Service, you agree to all three. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Copygram.
The short version
- Copygram is software, not a broker or adviser. It copies the trades and signals you choose to the accounts you connect. It doesn’t hold your money, give advice or trade on its own.
- You make the trading decisions. You choose the sources, the accounts and every setting, and you’re responsible for the results, including losses.
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to trade, and follow your broker’s and prop firm’s rules.
- We can’t guarantee execution. Orders can be delayed, rejected or filled at different prices.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. First-time subscribers can ask for a refund within 7 days.
1. What Copygram is, and isn’t
Copygram receives trades and signals from sources you choose, such as a trading account, a TradingView webhook, a Telegram channel, Live Chart trading or an AI assistant you connect, and places matching orders on the accounts you connect, using the settings you set for each one.
Copygram is a software tool. We aren’t a broker, investment adviser or fund manager, and we never hold or manage your money: your accounts stay with your broker or prop firm. Nothing in the Service, on our website, in our guides or in support conversations is investment, financial or legal advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Copygram. Give us accurate details, keep your login private and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by tools or AI assistants you connect to it. If you think someone has accessed your account, a webhook URL or an API key, tell us at contact@copygram.app straight away.
3. Connecting trading accounts
Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to trade. When you connect one, you allow Copygram to place, change and close orders on it according to your settings, until you disconnect it or stop copying.
We protect your connection details with encryption, and some platforms connect through the broker’s own sign-in, so we never see your password. Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where your broker offers it. To keep connections working, and to meet some brokers’ and prop firms’ requirements, we may host your connections in different regions, including outside the United States.
4. Sources, signals and AI features
You choose what Copygram copies. We don’t create, review or endorse the signals, channels, alerts or strategies you connect, and we aren’t responsible for their results. You need permission to use every source you connect, such as a private Telegram channel.
Signals are read automatically and can be misread, for example when a channel changes its format or edits a message. Check how your sources are read and watch your accounts.
AI trade validation gives each signal a score and skips the ones below your threshold. The score is an automated assessment, not a prediction or a guarantee, and it can be wrong. AI assistants you connect, for example through our MCP server, act on your behalf: their actions count as yours, and revoking their access doesn’t close positions they’ve already opened.
5. Trading risk
Trading forex, futures, CFDs and crypto is risky, and you can lose more than you deposit. Past results of any source or strategy don’t predict future results. You decide what to copy and how much, so test your setup first, for example on a demo account, and keep monitoring your accounts. You’re responsible for every order placed on them.
6. Execution and third-party services
We work to keep copying fast and reliable, but we can’t guarantee that an order will be placed, filled, filled at a certain price or filled in a certain time. Orders can be delayed, rejected, partly filled or filled at different prices on different accounts.
Copygram relies on services we don’t control, such as brokers, trading platforms, prop firms, TradingView, Telegram, AI providers and hosting. They can go down, change or limit connections, and we aren’t responsible for them. We may also update, add or remove features and supported platforms over time.
7. Brokers and prop firms
Your agreement with your broker or prop firm is between you and them. Many prop firms restrict copy trading, automation or third-party tools, so check your firm’s rules before connecting an account. Our prop firm rules table is general information and can be out of date. We aren’t responsible for failed evaluations, closed accounts or withheld payouts.
8. Plans and payments
Plans, prices and account limits are shown on our pricing page. Payments, by card or in crypto, are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, and Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
Subscriptions are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. If we change the price of your plan, we’ll tell you before it applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, copying may be paused until it’s paid.
9. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, first-time subscribers can request a refund within 7 calendar days of their first purchase. Renewals and upgrades aren’t refundable. If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out quickly.
10. Fair use
Please don’t:
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- interfere with the Service, get around its limits or security, or overload it on purpose;
- create several accounts to get extra trials, promotions or referral rewards;
- connect accounts you aren’t authorised to trade, or manage other people’s money without the licences the law requires;
- use Copygram for fraud, market manipulation or anything illegal, or against your broker’s or prop firm’s terms.
11. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Copygram and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or stays unpaid. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first. When copying stops, any open positions stay open on your accounts, and managing them is up to you.
12. Our content and yours
Copygram’s software, design and brand belong to us. While you follow these Terms, you may use the Service for your own trading. Your settings and data stay yours, and you let us use them only as needed to run and improve the Service. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Liability
Copygram is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any trade will be profitable. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for trading losses, missed trades, lost profits, lost evaluations or payouts, or other indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
You agree to cover any claims made against us by others, such as a broker or prop firm, that result from how you used Copygram or from your breaking these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Copygram after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Contact
