Copygram Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Copygram for your trading journey. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or cancellation is requested.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are only available to first-time subscribers of Copygram.
  • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
  • After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are issued upon demonstration that Copygram is non-functional.
  • No refund if a broker or prop firm disabling the API of one of these platforms : DxTrade, MatchTrader, TradeLocker.

Cancellation:

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the billing page in the Copygram app (https://app.copygram.app/billing) and clicking to “Manage subscription”. They will be directly connected to Stripe and cancel their subscription as Stripe is our payment processor.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team within the 7-day period by sending your request to this email : contact@54.172.204.148
  2. Provide your account information and the reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  5. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at contact@54.172.204.148

Additional Terms:

  • Refunds are limited to the subscription fee paid and do not cover any additional charges, such as taxes or transaction fees.
  • By subscribing to Copygram, you agree to this refund policy.
