Tradecopia Alternatives for Futures and Forex Traders

Tradecopia copies futures accounts on Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TopstepX and Volumetrica, as a desktop app or a hosted web instance. If you want the copier fully in the cloud on the entry plan, trade MetaTrader, or copy Telegram signals, another tool may fit better. Updated Oct 24, 2026 by the Copygram team. We make Copygram, so we also list other options and say when Tradecopia is the better fit. See our editorial standards.

Why switch

Reasons to look beyond Tradecopia

No PC or VPS to keep running

Tradecopia's Pro plan ($49.99 a month) is a desktop app on one machine, so that machine or a VPS has to stay on; the hosted Pro+ Lite plan starts at $79.99. Every Copygram plan runs in Copygram's cloud, from $29 a month.

MetaTrader and other forex platforms

Tradecopia says MT4, MT5, cTrader and CQG aren't supported. Copygram connects MetaTrader 4 and 5, TradeLocker, DXtrade, MatchTrader and OANDA alongside Tradovate and NinjaTrader.

Telegram signals

Tradecopia copies from a leader account and routes TradingView strategy alerts on its web plans, but doesn't mention Telegram. Copygram reads Telegram channels and groups as signal sources, on its Pro plan and up.

Copying between futures and forex accounts

Copygram can copy a Tradovate or NinjaTrader account to MetaTrader, TradeLocker or DXtrade receivers in the same Room, with symbol mapping set for each receiver.

Switching

Moving from Tradecopia to Copygram

  1. 01 Note each Tradecopia trading group: the leader, the followers and each follower's quantity multiplier or contract mode.
  2. 02 Connect the same accounts in Copygram through Tradovate, NinjaTrader or MetaTrader.
  3. 03 Create one Room per group, with the leader as the source and the followers as receivers.
  4. 04 Set each receiver's sizing and symbol mapping, for example micro contracts on smaller accounts.
  5. 05 Stop the Tradecopia group before you start the Room, so no trade is copied twice.
  6. 06 Test on evaluation or simulation accounts, and check every receiver is flat when the source is flat.
