Alpha Futures allows copy trading as long as one person, the individual named on the accounts, executes the trades. It strictly prohibits AI, bots and any hands-off automation on every account type, as well as group trading and reverse trading. Its help center doesn’t say whether third-party copier software counts as automation. Rules checked on October 24, 2026, against Alpha Futures’ help center.

What Alpha Futures says about copy trading

Alpha’s copy trading article allows it with one condition:

“Copy trading in general is permitted as long as it is a single user”

Source: Copy trading, Alpha Futures Help Center

The single user is the person named on the Alpha Futures accounts, and that person has to execute the trades. The same article prohibits automated, group and reverse trading, and it suggests using your smallest or lowest-profit account as the leader. Alpha accepts no liability for problems caused by copier software.

Copier software

The article notes that many platforms have built-in trade copiers, and it disclaims liability for trade copying software in general. It never explicitly allows or bans a third-party copier. VPS use is permitted, while VPNs that hide your IP address are not.

Bots and automation

Alpha’s prohibited trading practices are unambiguous on automation:

“automated trading mechanisms is strictly prohibited across all account types”

Source: Prohibited trading practices, Alpha Futures Help Center

That covers AI, bots and any continuous, hands-off automation. Semi-automation is allowed: an indicator can give you signals, as long as you place and manage the trades yourself. Alpha also says strategies with more than 100 trades a day are unwelcome. So copying TradingView alerts, Telegram signals or an AI agent’s trades into Alpha accounts isn’t allowed; copying trades you place by hand is.

Hedging and group trading

Reverse trading or hedging, such as short on one account and long on another, is strictly prohibited in the Evaluation and Qualified phases. Opposite mini and micro positions in the same account, for example long NQ and short MNQ, are banned too.

Group trading, meaning collaborating with others on identical or opposite strategies across unconnected accounts, is prohibited. Copying your own trades to an account at another firm isn’t addressed.

Account limits

Qualified account Limit
Zero 5
Direct 5
Standard 5 (3 for Standard accounts from before July 27, 2026)
Advanced 3

Holding any active Advanced Qualified account limits you to 3 in total. Alpha allows one username per individual and one individual per household, and it doesn’t state a numeric evaluation cap, though stacking excessive evaluations is prohibited. Platforms, and where Copygram fits

Alpha Futures offers AlphaTrader, its in-house web and mobile platform, TradingView through Plus500, WealthCharts, and Deepchart and Quantower on dxFeed data. Source: Trading platforms, Alpha Futures Help Center

Copygram doesn’t connect any of these platforms today, so it can’t be used with Alpha Futures. If you copy at Alpha, a platform’s built-in copier is the simplest route, with you placing every trade.

Checklist before you copy at Alpha Futures

  1. Make sure the person named on the accounts places every trade on the leader account.
  2. Don’t connect bots, AI tools, TradingView alerts or signal services.
  3. Never reverse trades on a follower, and never hold mini against micro.
  4. Use your smallest or lowest-profit account as the leader, as Alpha suggests.
  5. Stay within your Qualified account cap: 5, or 3 if you hold an Advanced account.
  6. Don’t use a VPN that hides your IP address.

What we couldn’t confirm

  • Whether third-party copier software is allowed or counts as prohibited automation.
  • A numeric limit on evaluation accounts.
  • Whether copying your own trades to another firm is allowed.
