- The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
- After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are issued upon demonstration that Copygram is non-functional.
- No refund if a broker or prop firm disabling the API of one of these platforms : DxTrade, MatchTrader, TradeLocker.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
- To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team within the 7-day period.
- Provide your account information and the reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
